Located 30 minutes from Fredericton New Brunswick on Indian Lake our cottage is situated on one of the warmest lakes in the country with water temperatures generally reaching into the mid 70's F. in the summer. We have had tenants and their children making memories here for almost 30 years. Great swimming, boating, fishing, exploring or just relaxing are part of the experience here. All the comforts of home featuring 3 bedrooms, full bath, fridge, stove, dishwasher and satellite TV will help to make your stay something to remember.
Have a BBQ on the deck or relax on the swing and watch the birds and the lake. On rainy days kick back and read a book. In the evening when conditions permit, have a campfire on the beach. When you are away from the city lights the view of the stars in the night sky is amazing. If you look carefully you can see the international  space station as well as a few of the thousands of satellites that orbit our planet...

Hummingbirds, finches, blue jays, morning doves, chickadees, gross beaks and many other types of birds as well as squirrels regularly visit our feeders.

Ducks, geese, cormorants, loons, beavers, muskrat, seagulls, arctic terns, herons and eagles are regularly seen from the breakfast table in the veranda.

Rabbits, partridge, hawks, owls, deer and moose are also regularly seen in the area.
